1. Conditions for providing a guarantee:
* According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the client has the right to exchange/return the product within 14 days, provided that it has not been used, its product appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued together with the sold have been preserved goods;
* The warranty applies to all the company's products for a period determined depending on the type group of the selected product;
* The warranty period is indicated in the consignment note upon receipt of the goods, which is a warranty document;
* Before receiving the product, it is necessary to inspect it. Otherwise, no claims regarding appearance will be considered;
* Warranty replacement/repair is provided for a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by the customer.
2. Warranty conditions are not provided if:
* The product has mechanical damage (except for factory defects);
* There is normal and natural wear of the part for a certain period of operation;
* There are no documents certifying the possibility of warranty service;
* Warranty obligations do not apply to expendable spare parts and materials (oils, filters, technical fluids, auto cosmetics, lamps, candles, electronic units, fuses, etc.). This type of product is checked for integrity and functionality at the time of receipt.
3. Necessary documents for warranty service:
* Present the damaged product to the staff of our authorized point of sale;
* Order number;
* Vehicle registration certificate;
* Identity document.
