Track the order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Electronic methods of tracking the movement of shipments give you the opportunity to receive the latest information about the location and status of your order. This can be done at any time convenient for you using a PC, mobile phone or pocket PC.

To track the movement of the shipment, you need to select the company that delivers the goods and enter the number of the express invoice (declaration) that was sent to you in an SMS message, for example:

Please note that when you choose the Nova Poshta company, information about where your product is located will appear on the company's website after 6:00 p.m. on the day when the manager contacted you and confirmed the shipment (on weekdays) and after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
