You have the right to return the product you ordered in our online store without paying for it or picking it up from the carrier, if the product:
- does not meet the technical specifications required for installation on your car;
- the product does not correspond to the order;
- injured.
The cost of returning the product will be paid by the Xenum Ukraine online store. Also, you have the right within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product to refuse it for other reasons that are not specified above. To do this, you need to contact our managers (tel. 380 676762556 ), inform the reason for the return, the order number (or the consignment note under which the goods were sent) and send the goods back at your own expense.
It is necessary to inspect the product before receiving it, otherwise no claims regarding the appearance will be considered.
