Two-component polyurethane glue for plastic XENUM PLASTREPAIR 50 ml (4335050)
XENUM PLASTREPAIR is a fast solid, easy-to-use structural 2-part polyurethane an adhesive that hardens through a chemical reaction of two components to form a strong polymer, resistant to high temperature, moisture, fuel, many solvents and chemical action.

Fields of application and instructions XENUM PLASTREPAIR:
XENUM PLASTREPAIR designed for simple dosing with both manual and pneumatic tools. To ensure even distribution, we recommend that the pistons of both products be distributed and the open cartridge be placed in the dispenser and flushed until material flows from both chamber cartridges before the mixer is attached.
After attaching the mixer tip (we recommend using only the supplied mixer tips) and plugging the cartridge into the dispenser, pull the trigger at a constant speed and pressure to start releasing polymer through the mixer tip.
It is recommended to use the first 25-50 mm of dosing material, as this may be disproportionate.
Adequately mixed in proportion, the glue has a uniform black color, becomes creamy, and is also smooth and glossy.
The material in the mixer tip will be very difficult or impossible to dispense in about half the opening time. Either allow the material to percolate through the mixer for short periods of time, or replace the mixer before starting dosing again.
Leave the mixer tip in place after dispensing until PLASTREPAIR will not be used again. The remaining glue has an expiration date several weeks with proper storage.
To reuse XENUM PLASTREPAIR, remove the faucet tip and use it properly. Clean the cartridge nozzle thoroughly. The products in the two chambers must remain separate. If black mixture is present on both sides of the chamber, push some of the product out of the holes without the mixer tip until there is only one clean product in each chamber. Finally, plug in the new faucet tip and start using.
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15 - 32 ° C. In such conditions, the shelf life of the product is 18 months.
