Oils approved by Peugeot, Citroen PSA B71 2290

Approval for oils for Peugeot / Citroën cars, introduced in 2009. Oils with approval B71 2290 must have a reduced ash content (Low SAPS) and are intended for engines with a diesel particulate filter, and meet the Euro-5 environmental standard.

The main classifications are similar to the ACEA C2 or C3 standards, with additional PSA tests.
