Earlier we have already analyzed the functions of the DPF and the best applications for its restoration. Today, we focus on situations where recovery and cleaning is no longer so effective.
Perhaps you have already tested ours In & Out, accelerated the car to high speedometer readings, but still the DPF signal did not disappear.
When this happens, you may want to start thinking about replacing the DPF altogether. However, such a decision will take an inordinate amount of time and money from you. That is why we suggest working closely with the car and using DPF Flush.
DPF Flush.
DPF Flush developed by Xenum is a two-step system cleaning device from all soot and ash.
- DPF Flush Step 1: The liquid that will be sprayed by the device on the DPF begins to interact and dissolve the soot and carbon residues in the particulate filter.
- First, turn on the engine and warm it up for a few minutes, then turn it off. Then insert the nozzle of the device into the DPF and spray the product into the filter. Wait a few minutes, then start the engine again and let it run for a few minutes at 3,000 rpm.
- DPF Flush Step 2: The cleaner is even capable of pulling mud and dirt out of the system.
- Spray the contents of fluid #2 into the DPF. After that, keep the engine at 2,000 - 2,500 revolutions per minute until all the product is used. Now you can test the car for the next 20 minutes at high revs (around 3,000) to promote effective cleaning.
We recommend using one of our additives immediately after treating the DPF Flush system. The application will clean all other parts of the fuel system from dirt.
When should you use DPF Flush?
A DPF Flush should be the last resort. Under normal conditions, the DPF should be cleaned automatically and without external intervention.
If this process starts to fail, try one of the Xenum additive to solve the problem.
