XENUM DPF FLUSH KIT is a professional two‑component kit designed for deep cleaning of clogged diesel particulate filters (DPF) without removal. This method avoids costly filter replacement and restores its original performance.

The procedure consists of two stages: soot dissolution and subsequent flushing from the filter, guaranteeing comprehensive and high‑quality cleaning.

Kit contents:

• DPF FLUSH - STEP 1 (1 L): Cleaner that effectively dissolves and removes carbon deposits and ash from the porous structure of the DPF.
• DPF FLUSH - STEP 2 (1 L): Rinsing fluid that washes away dissolved contaminants and neutralizes residual cleaner.

• Restores normal operation and flow capacity of the DPF.
• Improves engine and filter reliability.
• Prevents re‑accumulation of soot.
• Uses non‑flammable water‑based liquids that contain no metals.

Application areas:

Application instructions:

1. Step 1 (Cleaning): Warm up the engine. Using the equipment, inject the Step 1 fluid into the DPF through the pressure sensor port. Let it sit for a few minutes, then run the engine for 5‑10 minutes at elevated RPM (~3000 rpm).
2. Step 2 (Rinsing): After completing the first stage, inject the Step 2 fluid into the filter. Run the engine for a few minutes at medium RPM (2000‑2500 rpm).
3. Completion: Perform a test drive (20‑30 min) under load to allow the filter to fully dry.

NOTE: Fluid may leak from the exhaust pipe during the procedure. It is recommended to place a container underneath to collect it.
