NEXGEN™ Technology for Diesel Additives

Cerium Oxide in NEXGEN™

Xenum has developed a special technology for diesel additives called NEXGEN™. Our NEXGEN™ fuel additives are based on nanometer particles of cerium oxide, a well‑known oxidation catalyst that improves combustion in diesel engines.

Cerium oxide particles in NEXGEN™ are 10 nm in size, giving them a large surface area that makes them an extremely effective catalyst; even very low concentrations of NEXGEN™ provide maximum oxidation power and performance.

ADVANTAGES OF NEXGEN™

Catalytic effect of NEXGEN™ additives provides incredible benefits in modern diesel engines; it promotes better, more efficient fuel combustion. Even soot particles (fuel residues) are oxidized and converted into energy for additional power. This improved combustion also reduces harmful emissions:

  • Carbon dioxide (CO2): Directly linked to fuel consumption. Each 1 kg of fuel saved reduces CO2 emissions by approximately 3 kg
  • Residues : Reduction observed up to 18%
  • Hydrocarbons (HC): Reduction observed up to 13%
  • Carbon monoxide (CO): Reduction observed up to 6%

NEXGEN™ reduces and dissolves existing carbon deposits. Prevents future accumulation of additional carbon deposits, especially in the places where they collect: on the particulate filter, as well as in the cylinders, pistons and turbocharger.

High concentrations of NEXGEN™ are used for cleaning the particulate filter and the turbocharger. And let's not forget the famous IN & OUT Cleaner, which demonstrates exceptional effectiveness in this regard.
