ZF TE-ML 19C

The ZF TE‑ML 19C specification is ZF Friedrichshafen AG’s requirement for lubricants for manual gearboxes used in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with 4HP, 5HP, 6HP and similar transmissions. Oil that meets TE‑ML 19C must have a viscosity in the range 75W‑90 or 75W‑140, provide high‑temperature stability, low oxidation levels and excellent protection against wear of synchronizers, especially those made of copper and brass. The specification requires compliance with GL‑4/GL‑5, high thermal resistance and compatibility with DPF systems, as it does not contain sulfate or phosphorus compounds that could damage the catalyst. XENUM products such as X‑TRAN 75W90 GL4/5, X‑TRAN 75W90 GL5 and XT‑PRO 75W140 fully satisfy this approved requirement and are suitable for servicing ZF gearboxes, extending their service life and reducing the risk of premature wear. When selecting oil according to TE‑ML 19C, technicians and drivers receive a guarantee of compliance with OEM recommendations without the need for additional adaptations.
