ZF 4HP

Specification ZF 4HP is a requirement from ZF Friedrichshafen AG for transmission lubricants intended for automatic gearboxes of the 4HP series, which are installed in passenger and commercial vehicles with gasoline and diesel engines up to 2.5 L. Oil that meets this approval must provide stable viscosity over a wide temperature range (from –40 °C to +120 °C), high oxidation resistance and protection against wear of gear wheels, synchronizers and hydraulic valves.
