Toyota Type DII

Toyota Type D-II – this is a transmission oil approval developed by Toyota Motor Corporation for automatic transmissions (AT) with traditional hydraulic control, installed in passenger and commercial models of the brand. The specification requires stable viscosity at temperatures from –40 °C to +150 °C, high thermal resistance and the ability to resist oxidation, which ensures smooth gear shifts and protection against wear of gears and synchronizers. This oil is compatible with gasoline, hybrid and diesel engines that use Toyota D‑II transmissions, including the Corolla, Camry, RAV4, Prius series and commercial models Hilux and Proace. It does not contain additives that harm catalysts or DPF, therefore it is safely used in systems with a catalyst, however no special SAPS requirements are foreseen. XENUM products, in particular XA‑TRAN M14, fully comply with this approval, undergo laboratory testing according to Toyota standards and guarantee transmission durability even under intensive loads.
