Specification TOYOTA TC is an approval of transmission oil developed by Toyota Corporation for automatic gearboxes, including conventional AT, robotic (CVT) and dual‑clutch (DCT) transmissions. Technical requirements include a stable viscosity in the range of 6.5–7.5 cSt at 100 °C, high thermal resistance up to 150 °C, protection against oxidation and gear wear, as well as compatibility with Toyota filters and seals, ensuring smooth gear shifts and minimizing the risk of overheating. This grade is targeted at Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles with gasoline, hybrid and diesel engines that use the listed transmission types.
