Toyota CVTF THSII specification – this is a transmission oil approval developed by Toyota Corporation for the seamless operation of CVT gearboxes installed in hybrid models with the Toyota Hybrid System II, as well as in traditional gasoline and mild‑hybrid vehicles of the brand. The oil must meet strict requirements for viscosity (typical range 0.8–1.0 cSt at 100 °C), thermal stability, friction property stability and compatibility with metal and polymer components (clutch, gears, filters).
