Toyota ATF Type T

Toyota ATF Type T is a transmission oil approval developed by Toyota Corporation for automatic transmissions (AT) with traditional hydraulic control, installed in passenger and commercial models, including gasoline, hybrid and diesel engines. The specification requires stable viscosity from –40 °C to +125 °C, high thermal resistance and oxidation stability, which ensures smooth gear shifts, gear protection and prevents overheating under high load. Oil that meets Toyota ATF Type T has a low content of mineral additives, is compatible with transmission filters and seals and does not require special care for the catalyst or DPF. In the XENUM catalog this specification is represented by the oils XA‑TRAN NIPPON ATF and XA‑TRAN UNI, which undergo laboratory testing according to Toyota standards and guarantee AT durability under various operating conditions. Using oil marked Toyota ATF Type T allows preserving the factory transmission performance parameters and minimizing maintenance costs.
