SUBARU Lineartronic chain CVTF III

Specification SUBARU Lineartronic chain CVTF III – is the official OEM approval for transmission lubricants intended exclusively for chain variants of the Lineartronic CVT, installed in Subaru gasoline and diesel engines with high torque. The requirement calls for stable viscosity over a wide temperature range (from –40 °C to +150 °C), high resistance to oxidation and wear, as well as optimized friction properties that ensure smooth gear shifts and protection of the chain sprockets. Lubricant that meets CVTF III is compatible with Subaru emission control systems, contains no components that harm the catalyst or DPF, and supports the operation of electronic transmission control systems.
