OPEL GM-LL-B-25

The OPEL GM‑LL‑B‑25 (OV040‑1547) specification defines the requirements for engine oils that must provide stable viscosity over a wide temperature range, high resistance to oxidation and wear protection. It is intended for gasoline and diesel engines of Opel and Chevrolet, including turbocharged units with a displacement of 1.4‑2.2 L, as well as models equipped with exhaust gas cleaning systems (DPF) and a catalyst, where compatibility with low‑sulphur technologies (SAPS) is required. Oils that meet GM‑LL‑B‑25 should support interval service changes and reduce fuel consumption without voiding the manufacturer's warranty. In our catalogue, this approval is held by the hybrid synthetic XENUM SEMIX 5W40, the synthetic XENUM PRO‑DX 5W30 and the diesel XENUM DIESEL POWER 10W40, which successfully pass testing to this standard. Using these oils provides long‑lasting protection of cylinder walls, stable turbocharger operation and safe DPF‑system performance, which is important for workshop technicians and drivers.
