MINI EZL799A

Specification MINI EZL799A – this is an OEM approval developed by the MINI (BMW Group) consortium for transmission oils used in automatic gearboxes of new Mini models (Cooper, Clubman, Countryman) equipped with 6‑speed ZF 6HP/6HP28 automatics and similar. The requirements include stable viscosity 5W‑30/5W‑40 over a wide temperature range, high thermal resistance, low micro‑foaming and special additives that provide optimal clutch‑disc friction, wear protection and oxidation prevention. Oil that meets MINI EZL799A is compatible with transmission seals and metals, contains no sulfate or phosphorus additives, therefore it can be safely used in catalyst systems, but it is not intended for DPF‑diesel engines.
