JEEP CVTF+4

JEEP CVTF+4 is Jeep's official approval for transmission oils specially developed for continuously variable (CVT) automatic gearboxes installed on gasoline engines of Jeep Compass, Renegade, Wrangler models and their variants from 2014 onward. The specification requires high oxidation resistance, viscosity stability over a wide temperature range (‑40 °C to +120 °C), an optimal friction coefficient for smooth shifting and protection of friction‑contact elements, as well as low foaming tendency to prevent excessive load on turbochargers and post‑catalytic neutralizer systems. Oils that meet JEEP CVTF+4 are compatible with catalysts and DPF systems, contain no high levels of SAPS, allowing emission‑cleaning efficiency to be maintained.
