The specification requires a certain viscosity range (e.g., 75W‑90), high oxidation resistance, wear protection, controlled foaming, and compatibility with friction elements of torque converters and hydraulic valves. It is primarily intended for Allison transmissions (models C‑3, C‑4, TES‑228, TES‑295, TES‑389), as well as for DAF, Detroit Diesel, CAT gearboxes and other OEMs that use similar requirements. Thanks to this approved oil, stable torque transmission, minimal risk of overheating, and extended bearing and friction disc life are ensured, which is especially important in trucks, buses and special equipment.
