Mitsubishi DiaQueen ATF SSTF-1

The Mitsubishi DiaQueen ATF SSTF‑1 specification defines a synthetic transmission fluid developed specifically for Mitsubishi automatic transmissions, including conventional AT, DCT and 4‑speed variants in passenger and commercial models (e.g., Outlander, L200, Pajero). The fluid meets the requirements of high viscosity index, high‑temperature stability and low crystallization, providing smooth clutch engagement, rapid and precise shifting, and protection against wear of gear pairs and friction elements. It contains modified ester base oils, oxidation inhibitors and anti‑wear additives that maintain optimal viscosity and minimize deposit formation in the system. The specification imposes no restrictions regarding SAPS, thus it is safely compatible with catalysts and DPF, although it is not a dedicated DPF filter. Although SSTF‑1 is the latest version in the DiaQueen series, it is backward compatible with previous Mitsubishi ATF approvals J‑2, PA and SK, allowing its use as an upgrade without compromising warranty requirements.
