Mazda D-II

The Mazda D‑II specification is the official approval from Mazda Motor Corporation for engine oils intended exclusively for gasoline engines of the B, L series and newer 2.0‑2.5 L, installed in Mazda 3, 6, CX‑5 models and similar from the 2005 production year. D‑II requirements include a minimum viscosity of SAE 5W‑30 or 10W‑40, high oxidation resistance, wear protection under high load, and effective detergent action that ensures cylinder cleanliness and stable oil pressure when operating at 100 °C and above. The specification does not allow the use of low‑sulphate (SAPS) additives, therefore it is not aimed at engines with DPF or three‑way catalytic systems, but is suitable for traditional gasoline units without exhaust after‑treatment. Compliance with Mazda D‑II guarantees wear protection at high temperatures, preservation of the oil film under load and prevention of deposits, extending engine life and maintaining factory parameters. At xenum.ua you will find premium synthetic engine oil marked as compatible with Mazda D‑II, which meets all these technical requirements.
