Mazda ATF N-1
Specification Mazda ATF N‑1 is the official transmission fluid standard developed by Mazda Motor Corporation for automatic gearboxes installed in Mazda models from the 1990s to the mid‑2000s (e.g., Mazda 6, MX‑5, MPV, B‑Series). The fluid must meet requirements for viscosity, thermal stability and a controlled coefficient of friction, which ensures smooth gear shifts, prevents overheating and gear wear, and also maintains the cleanliness of the transmission’s internal passages. Mazda ATF N‑1 does not impose special requirements for low‑SAP (SAPS) additives and is compatible with conventional catalysts, therefore it can be safely used in systems without a diesel particulate filter. When selecting a fluid that meets this approval, technicians receive a guarantee of preserving the factory transmission performance and preventing premature wear. XENUM.ua offers the transmission oil XA‑TRAN DX VI, which complies with Mazda ATF N‑1 and provides the specified technical parameters.
