MAZDA ATF M-V

MAZDA ATF M‑V is the official approval of Mazda Motor Corporation for transmission fluids intended exclusively for new‑generation automatic transmissions (AT), including Mazda 3, CX‑5, CX‑30 and MX‑5 models from 2020‑2024. The specification requires a synthetic base with high thermal resistance, low viscosity angle on cold start and stability in the range of 0‑150 °C, which ensures smooth shifting, protection against gear and clutch wear, and prevents deposit formation in the hydraulic reservoir. MAZDA ATF M‑V meets the requirements for compatibility with electronic transmission control systems and contains no additives that harm catalysts or particulate filters, so it can be safely used in vehicles with DPF/FAP. When changing the fluid, the service interval specified by the manufacturer should be observed, and if increased protection is needed, products approved as MAZDA ATF M‑III – a compatible but slightly older solution – can be selected.
