Mack EO-N

MACK EO‑N approval is a technical requirement from the American heavy‑truck manufacturer Mack Trucks for engine oils, developed for their medium‑ and high‑power diesel engines that operate without after‑treatment systems (untreated diesel) and early models with basic DPF/SCR. It calls for stable viscosity over a wide temperature range, high protection against wear, oxidation and corrosion, and the ability to keep the filter clean under heavy loads. Oils that meet EO‑N are suitable for Mack 7‑13 L engines, including the MP‑7, MP‑8, MP‑9 series, and are compatible with DPF when such a system is installed. By choosing XENUM products, such as DIESEL POWER 15W40 E7 or DIESEL SYNTH 10W40 E6‑E9, you obtain full compliance with this standard and retain the manufacturer’s warranty. Newer approvals, such as MACK EO‑N Premium Plus, remain backward compatible, so EO‑N oils can be safely used in engines that already meet the higher requirements.
