Jaguar JLM 21044
Jaguar specification JLM 21044 is a JLR approval for automatic transmissions that defines requirements for viscosity, high‑temperature stability and protection against oxidation, corrosion and wear. It applies to automatic gearboxes installed in most Jaguar models (XF, XJ, F‑Type) and Land Rover (Discovery, Range Rover, Defender) with gasoline and diesel engines, including turbocharged units and hybrids, as well as exhaust after‑treatment systems (DPF, catalysts). JLM 21044 requires compatibility with low‑sulphate (SAPS) technologies, allowing the exhaust‑gas cleaning system to remain effective without harming the filters. Oils that meet this standard provide long‑lasting transmission operation, reduce the risk of overheating and extend the service interval up to 150 000 km. When selecting a product on xenum.ua, simply filter by “JLR”, and you will get, for example, the XENUM XA‑TRAN M14 transmission oil, which has passed full testing to JLM 21044.
