Specification Ford WSS‑M2C934‑B is the official Ford technical standard for synthetic and semi‑synthetic engine oils, intended exclusively for gasoline engines of the EcoBoost, Duratec, Zetec series and similar, up to 3.5 L displacement, used in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The requirements specify viscosity grades 5W‑30, 5W‑40, 10W‑30 and 10W‑40, minimum oxidation stability, wear protection under high load and retention of properties over a wide temperature range, as well as low SAPS content, which ensures safe operation of three‑way catalysts. Oil that meets WSS‑M2C934‑B guarantees compliance with Ford warranty conditions, reduces fuel consumption and extends engine service life. When selecting XENUM products, simply choose “FORD” in the “Type” filter, and the system will display, for example, the synthetic oil PRO‑F 5W30, which has been tested to this standard. The specification does not require additional modifications for DPF, so it is also suitable for models with a post‑combustion filter system when a low‑SAPS formula is used.
