Specification CHRYSLER Mopar AS68RC – is an official approval of a Type IV transmission oil developed by Stellantis for automatic transmissions of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram models. Requirements include stable viscosity over a wide temperature range, high resistance to oxidation and wear, as well as precise control of the friction coefficient, which ensures smooth shifting and protection of rotating elements. AS68RC is intended for 6‑, 8‑ and 9‑speed automatic transmissions, including new electronically controlled gearboxes, as well as older 4‑ and 5‑speed units.
