Corrosion resistance — this is the property of a product to prevent the degradation of metal components of the fuel system under the action of moisture and aggressive contaminants. It ensures the formation of a protective film on the surfaces of injectors, pumps and fuel lines, reducing the risk of rust and increasing operational reliability. When choosing a product with high corrosion resistance, the type of metal and OEM‑manufacturer requirements should be taken into account, as some systems require special blends compatible with aluminum or steel parts.
