Application areas
This zinc spray is ideally suited for re-coating and treating components of automobiles, agricultural equipment, greenhouses, steel structures, damaged zinc coatings and more. A protective layer of 20-30 µm is achieved with a simple coating film. XENUM Zinc Coat+ is versatile in use and can be used as a primer before painting. The surface fully dries and becomes suitable for painting within 12-24 hours. The product is especially effective for protecting weld seams on parts with galvanic coating.Application instructions
- Thoroughly clean and dry the surface. Remove rust spots.
- Keep the can at room temperature (16-20°C).
- Shake the can well. When you hear the ball sound, continue shaking for about another 2 minutes.
- Spray a thin layer from a distance of 25-30 cm.
