Two‑component polyurethane adhesive for plastic XENUM PLASTREPAIR

XENUM PLASTREPAIR is a fast two‑component structural polyurethane adhesive. It cures through a chemical reaction, forming a strong polymer resistant to high temperatures, moisture, fuel and many solvents. Specially developed for small, quick and durable repair jobs and restoration of plastic parts. After curing, the adhesive can be sanded and painted.

Key properties:

• Provides fast and durable repair of plastic parts.
• Offers excellent adhesion and filling properties.
• Resistant to sagging, allowing vertical application.
• After full cure (10‑15 min) it can be sanded and painted.
• Suitable for restoring broken fasteners or missing fragments (e.g., bumpers).

Application areas:

Designed for bonding and repairing most types of plastic, metal, fiberglass and wood.

Application instructions:

A special dispensing gun is required to work with the product.

1. Prepare and clean the surface.
2. Install the cartridge into the gun. Discharge a small amount of product to ensure both components are dispensing evenly.
3. Attach the mixing nozzle. The first 2‑3 cm of adhesive should be expelled and discarded.
4. Apply the adhesive evenly to one of the surfaces and press them together firmly.

Shelf life: 18 months at 15‑32 °C.
